Our Approach

Our work most often begins on an informal and gratis basis. We begin by inquiring what’s important to your organization and family and how we can most effectively help moving forward. Once we determine and agree upon a work scope, we make an information request for various documents such as a lease, important client contract, home inspection report, insurance policies, building updates and protection features, appraisals, etc.

Upon receipt of the requested information, we review, analyze, and summarize what’s been provided into a user-friendly, working document that we call a Risk Diligence Report. This bespoke report aggregates a lot of important risk management and insurance related information.
